Job Title:

Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Description:

The candidate will work closely with leadership and directly report to the Executive Director, ensuring that project deliverables and releases align with organizational goals.

- Dev Ops, Ci/CD, release management, Deployment activities, Salesforce knowhow preferred - Ensuring, releases are happening as planned & should be able to guide the team, handle tech bottlenecks - Domain - GPS application ( Salesforce)
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Hands-on experience with release management and deployment processes.
Experience working with Salesforce applications or Salesforce ecosystem.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Proven experience in technical leadership and team guidance.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive leadership.
