Job Overview:
Architect production-grade RAG + AI Agents on AWS Bedrock.
Lead end-to-end Generative AI solutions with Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and autonomous agents that plan, reason, and execute via enterprise APIs.
RAG Architecture
- Design Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases with 95%+ retrieval accuracy.
- Optimize vector stores (OpenSearch Serverless, Pinecone, pgvector).
Agentic Systems
- Build Agents for Amazon Bedrock with Lambda/API orchestration.
- Implement Chain-of-Thought, ReAct prompting for complex reasoning.
Production Excellence
- Model selection (Claude 3.5, Llama 3, Titan) balancing latency/cost.
- Bedrock Guardrails for PII masking + responsible AI.
- RAG evaluation via Ragas/TruLens (faithfulness, relevancy metrics).
Must-Have (Senior Level)
- 10+ yrs IT, 2+ yrs Generative AI, 5+ yrs AWS.
- Expert Python + LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex.
- Bedrock, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions mastery.
- ETL for unstructured data (PDF/HTML Knowledge Bases).
