The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will own the applications related to SSIS, SQL Server, stored procedures, and BI reporting applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while securing project success and maintaining exemplary standards. This role offers the chance to build and mentor a top-performing team, drive collaboration with stakeholders, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Oversee applications related to SSIS, SQL Server, stored procedures, and BI reporting

- Lead teams in managing client accounts and securing project success

- Mentor junior staff and promote their professional development

- Drive collaboration with stakeholders to enhance service delivery

- Implement innovative technology solutions to improve processes

- Maintain elevated standards of quality in deliverables

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Foster a team-oriented culture

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience in data engineering/data warehousing concepts

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security preferred

- At least 4 years of experience leading teams and owning architecture and delivery

- Proven skills in managing architecture and delivery

- Knowledge of ADF and dimensional modeling

- Familiarity with DataOps practices and Agile delivery

- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow

- Domain experience in healthcare

- Mentoring and team development

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
