Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale Application Server Management, Network Management, Storage Management, Security Management, and Firewall Management projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT infrastructure programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of infrastructure transformations in enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• 12+ yearsof experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5+ years in program management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure programsin enterprise environments.
• Expertise in network security, storage management, and cloud infrastructure.

Technical Knowledge:

• Deep expertise in cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper), and security protocols.
• Experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), network segmentation, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of server virtualization, Kubernetes, VMware, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Proficiency in automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and DevOps methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and deliveryof large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partnersto align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
• Define program scope, strategy, budget, and timelinewhile ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issuesacross multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanismsto track program performance.

Application Server Management:

• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and optimizationof enterprise application servers across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Work closely with application teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performanceof business-critical applications.
• Implement patch management, security hardening, and performance tuningstrategies for application servers.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams for automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Network Management:

• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, and cloud networking.
• Ensure network performance, reliability, and redundancyto support business operations.
• Manage vendors and service providers for network upgrades, optimizations, and troubleshooting.

Storage & Backup Management:

• Lead enterprise storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage (Azure Blob, AWS S3).
• Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, and data lifecycle management.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) strategiesto ensure business continuity.

Security & Firewall Management:

• Implement network security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Manage firewall configurations, policy updates, and security audits.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to enforce security policies and risk mitigation plans.

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP, PgMP(Project & Program Management)
• ITIL v4(IT Service Management)
• AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform Cloud Certifications
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE(Network Management)
• CISSP, CISM, or CEH(Security & Risk Management)

Preferred Experience

• Leading hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure) and edge computing transformations.
• Working in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
• Driving zero-trust security models and next-gen firewall implementations.
