About the Team:

The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. As the DevSecOps Platform leader, you will champion integrated DevSecOps practices and world-class developer experiences across the organization.

What you will be doing:
  • Own the end-to-end developer journey and internal developer platform as a product.
  • Lead teams to build and operate secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security tools.
  • Manage the engineering toolchain (source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, deployment orchestrators).
  • Define and report on engineering KPIs (DORA metrics) and drive continuous improvement.

What you bring:
  • Experience leading Platform Engineering or Developer Experience teams.
  • Expertise in containerization and cloud-native CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Harness CD).
  • Proven DevSecOps implementation, including security integration and "shift-left" culture.
  • Practical experience with SRE principles and performance metrics.
  • Data-driven approach to engineering effectiveness and developer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $174,750.00 - $293,590.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
