Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Business Delivery
Architectural Leadership: Design high-level architectures for complex business integration requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Requirements Translation: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical execution, taking full ownership of "Requirement-to-Production" delivery.
End-to-End Delivery: Lead the technical design and implementation of cross-platform integrations, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
2. API & Infrastructure Engineering
Core Development: Build enterprise-grade APIs using C# and .NET on Azure Functions.
Traffic Management: Architect and manage the API gateway layer using APIM and Azure Application Gateway for secure, high-traffic environments.
Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform and Azure DevOps to automate the provisioning of all integration infrastructure.
Level 3 Support: Act as the point of escalation for complex integration issues, including API code bugs, networking failures, and authentication bottlenecks.
Incident Resolution: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for integration failures across the Azure stack and Power Platform.
3. Advanced Automation & AI
Operational Excellence: Build CI/CD pipelines and automate system maintenance using PowerShell/Python via Azure Automation.
AI & Innovation: Architect and deploy AI Agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enhance business productivity.
Proactive Monitoring: Establish deep observability by configuring advanced telemetry and alerts in Application Insights.
4. Low-Code & Extensibility
Power Platform: Design and build Canvas/Model-Driven apps and custom PCF components.
Bridge Systems: Develop Custom Connectors to link the Power Platform with bespoke Azure-hosted APIs.
