LOCATION: Full-time onsite in McLean, VA

We are seeking an IT Program Manager who can provide steady, structured leadership across data, stakeholder coordination, and user support activities. In this role, you will oversee data collection workflows and validation procedures, apply working knowledge of data governance policies, and serve as a reliable liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
  • Overseeing data collection processes and validation procedures
  • Working knowledge of data governance policies
  • Acting as liaison between team & government stakeholders
  • Supporting user training and demo for applications.

  • Knowledge of financial operations and data systems
  • Demonstrated experience with dataset disposition
  • Expertise and knowledge of government data collections
  • Be able to discuss data compliance
  • Maintain metadata, classifications, and standards
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders within the organization
  • Coordinate programs, meetings, and outreach initiatives
  • Engage stakeholders to elicit requirements
