Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Integrations Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials transformation. This role will be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion and multiple enterprise systems as the organization transitions from a legacy mainframe ERP environment to Oracle Cloud.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Financials data structures, and cloud integration architecture. Experience with MuleSoft, financial data integrations, and Oracle Fusion Financials modules is highly desirable. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, Oracle resources, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure reliable and scalable integrations across the Oracle ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Partner with functional and technical teams during implementation and post-go-live phases to establish end-to-end integration solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and internal/external enterprise systems in a greenfield cloud environment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
- Work closely with Oracle and internal teams to ensure data pipelines, interfaces, and integrations operate effectively and securely.
- Support deployment of new Oracle cloud releases and participate in evaluating integration impacts.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of automated regression testing processes for integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving data mapping, transformations, performance, and process failures.
- Validate data quality and ensure successful movement of financial data across source and target systems.
- Document integration designs, data mappings, interface specifications, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and implementation partners throughout the Oracle transformation program.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and integration components.
- Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Indirect Procurement
- Experience integrating data into Oracle Fusion Cloud in a greenfield implementation environment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials data structures and financial business processes.
- Experience working with:
- REST APIs
- SOAP services
- JSON
- XML
- Ability to analyze, map, transform, and validate large datasets across systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MuleSoft integration development and architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), specifically:
- Financial Close and Consolidation (FCC/FCCS)
- Knowledge of Java development concepts.
- Experience supporting organizations migrating from legacy ERP or mainframe systems to Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working directly with Oracle implementation teams and support organizations.
