Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing Vertex O Series with Oracle ERP applications.
  • Oracle Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management).
  • Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of US Sales & Use Tax, Canadian GST/HST, and global VAT/GST principles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Vertex Tax Links, XML/JSON payloads, SQL, and PL/SQL for data querying and debugging.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to debug complex tax engine errors and reconciliation discrepancies between Oracle and Vertex.
