Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Leader to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-impact solutions across the full lifecycle. This role will lead the architecture of generative AI systems and LLMOps pipelines, while aligning technical initiatives with product and business goals. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution to deliver high-performance, secure, and responsible AI solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products, mentor engineers, and guide best practices across projects. This role also involves staying current with emerging AI trends, experimenting with new approaches such as LLMs and retrieval frameworks, and ensuring consistent delivery through strong technical leadership and clear project ownership.

Location
This is a hybrid position reporting 3x a week in Gilbert, Az

Required Skills & Experience:

LLMOps, generative AI, and model lifecycle management (training, fine-tuning, retraining)
designing and deploying scalable AI/ML systems end-to-end
Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and leading design/code reviews
define and execute AI strategy in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience:

Background in distributed or cloud-based AI systems
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and scalable infrastructure
Ability to influence technical direction and foster team growth
Bachelors in computer science or other related fields
