We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. This role is uniquely positioned within the Sales industry, offering a challenging and exciting opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a non-traditional context. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of family law matters, with a particular focus on matrimony, matrimonial law, child support, and custody. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of family law issues, including matrimony, matrimonial law, child support, and custody.
• Represent the company in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to family law matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance company-wide understanding of family law matters.
• Stay abreast of developments in family law and the sales industry to maintain current knowledge and provide proactive advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice, with a focus on matrimony, matrimonial law, child support, and custody.
• Admitted to practice law in the state.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the sales industry would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
