RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an ERP Training and Documentation Lead.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and enhance Oracle ERP training and documentation strategy to align with business goals
* Implement Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) within the training plan
* Oversee onboarding, feature training, support docs, job aids, and quick guides
* Partner with Change Management to analyze impacts and drive adoption
* Lead and mentor ERP training and documentation team across departments
* Develop blended learning approaches (instructor-led, eLearning, virtual)
* Ensure training deliverables are accurate and aligned with business needs
* Monitor adoption and feedback to improve content and delivery
* Establish KPIs and track results to report to leadership
* Maintain relationships with external vendors for specialized training
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Education, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training/documentation; 3+ years in a lead role
* Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver ERP training programs using adult learning principles
* Strong knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (finance, supply chain, engineering), preferably Oracle Cloud
* Skilled in technical writing and creating end-user documentation
* Experience leading teams for large-scale training/documentation initiatives
* Familiarity with LMS, eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate), and virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx)
* Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or UPK preferred
* Hands-on experience training Oracle Fusion modules: P2P, AP, AR, R2R, GL
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple projects
* Collaborative mindset with senior management and cross-functional teams; customer-focused approach
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
