Onsite locations in 3 different areas, reach out if interested in specific locations**OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Business Architect with strong expertise in Maintenance (MX), Supply Chain, and Logistics business processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
The candidate will lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, process design, solution blueprinting, and ERP implementation activities for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, aligning Oracle EBS solutions with mission requirements, and ensuring successful delivery through Agile/Scrum teams.
Description:- Analyze existing business processes and design optimized future-state processes.
- Lead business requirements gathering, stakeholder meetings, and process design workshops.
- Develop business process models, functional requirements, solution blueprints, KPIs, and documentation.
- Provide functional leadership for assigned Oracle EBS modules, particularly Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and Oracle EBS solution designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, functional leads, and Agile/Scrum teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Lead and support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), blueprinting sessions, testing, and solution validation.
- Conduct system demonstrations and communicate process improvements and solution capabilities to stakeholders.
- Identify business process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions meet operational and mission objectives.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with business requirements throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional modules, particularly Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and related enterprise operations.
- Proven experience in business architecture, business process analysis, solution design, and business transformation within complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements, develop functional solution designs, and prepare business process documentation, including workflows and solution blueprints.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations in Agile/Scrum environments, applying enterprise ERP methodologies and industry best practices.
- Experience facilitating business process workshops, leading Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and collaborating with business process owners, functional leads, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and enterprise operational processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government clients is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
