We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who is excited by graphics, performance, and system architecture challenges, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

In this role you will manage and grow a team of rendering and graphics engineers who build, optimize, and maintain our real-time rendering engine. You will define the technical vision for the rendering pipeline, drive feature and performance road-maps, collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams including product, design, cartography and pipeline, and ensure that our rendering engine supports the future of our interactive app.

Experience with advanced rendering techniques (PBR, global illumination, ray tracing, real-time effects).\nPrior experience on Web/AR/VR/XR platforms or multi-device interactive applications.\nExpertise in performance profiling, GPU/CPU optimization, memory usage, and bottleneck analysis.\nFamiliarity with engine architecture, ECS design, asset pipelines, and tooling for graphic/interactive systems.\nExperience with global teams or distributed engineering organizations.\nMS in Computer Science or related field.
