This is hybrid from day-1 (3 days per week in office)

Need local candidates within 1 hour drivable distance from Reading.

Description:

Key Responsibilities

Support, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, and ZenOptics.
Partner with 5+ business departments to understand analytical requirements and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions.
Provide guidance and support for business intelligence, data visualization, and self-service analytics initiatives.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing dashboards, reports, and analytics applications.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to drive adoption and maximize business value from analytics platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, Qlik Cloud, and ZenOptics.
Proven experience supporting multiple business functions and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard development, reporting, and analytics best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments.
Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Experience working directly with business leaders to define and implement analytics strategies.
