ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect PLM / EXALEAD / 3DX

Project inscope: The Engineering & PLM workstream focuses on migrating ~3K+ engineers across multiple sites from a legacy PLM platform (Dassault Enovia 2015x, which is no longer supported by the vendor) to Enovia 3DEXPERIENCE 2025X/2026X, involving a full re-implementation rather than a simple migration.

Provide technical-heavy and functional leadership for the ENOVIA 3DX implementation. Own the solution architecture, data model and integration blueprint end to end.

2 : Key Responsibilities

• Define the ENOVIA solution architecture, data model and configuration strategy.
• Translate functional PLM requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Govern 3DX customization standards and integration patterns.
• Own the design, sizing, and configuration of the Exalead/3DSearch indexing tier to support enterprise-scale search and dashboard performance
• Lead design reviews and guide associate and senior-associate developers.

3 : Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in ENOVIA / 3DX, with a mix of functional and deep technical delivery.
• Proficiency in designing solutions for part / BOM management, CAD / Document management, eBOM to Mbom transformation and Enovia Change Management (Both Legacy(2015x) and latest Change Management processes (2025/26x)).
• Proficiency in managing multi-CAD PLM environments and proficiency in CATIA / NX / Autocad
• Expertise in managing and configuring EXALEAD servers and EXALEAD Indexing for large scale ENOVIA Implementations, including infrastructure architecture ownership.
• Proven architecture ownership of PLM implementations and integrations.
• Experience in heavy duty manufacturing industries and/or industrial sector managing large scale PLM migrations. Any Autoomotive sector experience is deesirable.
• Expertise in mapping legacy Enovia data model to Enovia s latest versions with UPS and VPM References.
• Expertise in managing native and non native CAD integrations within Enovia 3DXperience Using 3^rd party connectors and Power By.
• Hands on experience in Power By solution.
• Bachelor's or master s degree in engineering, Computer applications or related majors.
• Exposure to manage complex PLM architecture with integrations built in cross network, multi tenant, multi-cloud ennvironment.
• Expertise in managing multi-regime export control laws and implementing the same in PLM environment s security context.
• Azure/AWS: Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, IAM, security, compute, storage, monitoring and HA/DR patterns to design hybrid/multi-cloud 3DEXPERIENCE landscapes (Required Strong expertise)

4 : Skills & Competencies / Tools

• Technical: MQL, TCL, JPOs (Core Java/J2EE), Spinner, widget development, UI3, DMC, search configuration, RDF 6W tags, and REST web services; Exalead/CloudView administration, index/query server configuration
• Interpersonal: Collaboration across cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and knowledge sharing.
• Analytical: Structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
