Sr. Solutions Manager Oracle EBS

Primary Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 3 days/week)

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. Solutions Manager Oracle EBS for our premier client in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 3 days/week).

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
5+ years true management experience (leading teams, hiring, onshore/offshore delivery, performance management).

Knowledge and Skills:

Started career in software development and grew into a managerial role.
Strong technical foundation in Oracle EBS R12, especially Order-to-Cash, cash cycle, inventory, shipment.
Experience building environments, driving implementations, and leading modernization initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, automation, DevSecOps.
Ability to work independentlyleadership team is remote.
Experience managing enterprise programs and blended teams (internal + partners).
Strategic mindsetcan guide transition from Sage ERP to Oracle.

Preferred Experience

Building modern, cloud-native apps integrated with ERP systems.
Experience in large-scale construction, roofing, or commercial services environments.
Long-term solution delivery experience (not just project-based).

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Roofing application solutions built on Oracle EBS.
Provide hands-on architectural direction for custom applications and integrations.
Build and scale a technical team (onshore + offshore).
Modernize SDLC practices, improve delivery velocity, quality, and predictability.
Partner with business leaders to define priorities, assess risks, and ensure alignment.
Oversee vendor/partner performance and hold them accountable for outcomes.
Support the ERP transition from Oracle.
Sr. Solutions Manager with a strong Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) background to lead the application engineering function for their newly acquired roofing business in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who has grown from development into management and can build and guide a high-performing technical team.
