Summary

Tittle: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months
JD:
  • Architect endtoend solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
  • Lead design of OmniStudio components including Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures and etc.
  • Provide technical direction and handson guidance for LWC, Apex, Flows, and declarative automation.
  • Conduct solution design reviews, ensuring alignment with architecture principles and enterprise standards.
  • Perform code reviews and PR (pull request) reviews to enforce engineering quality, performance, and security.
  • Define and review integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services, and other enterprise integration tools.
  • Develop data models, sharing/security frameworks, and strategies for large data volumes.
  • Ensure security-by-design through proper access controls, OAuth, encryption practices, and compliance standards.
  • Guide teams on performance optimization related to governor limits, asynchronous patterns, and query tuning.
  • Collaborate with product owners, BSAs and technical leads to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support CI/CD, branching, static code analysis, and deployment governance across environments.
  • Mentor developers and lead technical enablement to uplift engineering excellence across the team.
  • Should be hand-on as required to support the team/ project needs.
