Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team and manage the development and implementation of innovative projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the delivery of impactful products and services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects by creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project challenges.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments.
- Consult with internal teams to share project management expertise and mentor junior project leaders.
- Ensure project quality by adhering to established methodologies and collaborating with quality assurance teams.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project management.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in product development and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with Windchill or similar electronic document management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
