Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team and manage the development and implementation of innovative projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the delivery of impactful products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects by creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate project challenges.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments.
• Consult with internal teams to share project management expertise and mentor junior project leaders.
• Ensure project quality by adhering to established methodologies and collaborating with quality assurance teams.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project management.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in product development and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Windchill or similar electronic document management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
