Summary
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Oracle HCM/Payroll systems.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll (implementation and support).
- Proven experience as a techno-functional go to on multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Deep knowledge of US Payroll, including taxes, retro pay, costing, and year-end processing.
- Strong understanding of HCM data model, security, and integration frameworks.
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
