AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to work closely with internal AI product management teams, vendor partners, and development staff to design, enhance, and streamline enterprise AI systems.

This role requires strong architectural leadership, independent judgment, and the ability to design secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions aligned with public-sector standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Define end-to-end AI architectures including:
• Data ingestion frameworks
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• LLM orchestration
• Human-in-the-loop workflows
• Provide architectural documentation and technical leadership for approvals and governance
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and data-governance requirements (PII, HIPAA, CJIS where applicable)
• Establish reference architectures and best practices for responsible and ethical AI
• Evaluate and integrate AI platforms, cloud services, and vendor solutions
• Design systems supporting explainability, auditability, bias mitigation, and transparency
• Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and data teams to transition AI solutions from proof-of-concept to production
• Support AI strategy, roadmap planning, and executive briefings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience in:
• AI Architecture
• Data Ingestion
• RAG Pipelines
• LLM Orchestration
• Agentic AI and Azure OpenAI
• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions from business and technical requirements
• Proficiency in .NET (C#, VB.NET), HTML, JavaScript
• Experience with automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML platforms)
• Strong documentation and technical specification development skills
• Ability to analyze existing code and understand implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with REST & SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, OnBase Unity Client
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
• SDLC and ITIL process knowledge
• Experience mentoring developers and promoting best practices
