Our client is looking for an IT director that can manage all of their IT, especially around NetSuite ERP which is expected to go live in 2026. 50/50 Manage people/processes vs Working inside NetSuite. There are 8 full time IT resources between High Point, Canada, and Vietnam. 2 consultants outside of implementation. They want someone that wants to grow into this role and comfortable wearing multiple hats. ***This is onsite 4 days a week here in High Point. Confidential search so be careful how we post and search.*** This could be a short term contract but go direct from day one. Timeline: How quickly do you need someone in place? May need to wait until after our NetSuite Go Live (estimated May), but would like to start the search ASAP and could be flexible for the right candidate. Onsite presence: How often should they be onsite? Daily (there is some flexibility, but we do expect a significant presence in the office) Expertise: Beyond NetSuite (which you mentioned), what areas are you most concerned about and know you'll need support in? NetSuite is the heaviest lift. The other supporting systems can be learned quickly by the right candidate. Compensation: What salary range are you targeting? $150,000 Engagement model: Would you prefer someone permanent from day one, or would you consider a consulting arrangement with the option to convert to permanent after five months (with no fee)? Both are options Day to day responsibilities: How much of the role will focus on managing people versus technology or finance? 50/50 Manage people/processes vs Working inside NetSuite

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $110.00/hr.
