Role: Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Operations

A Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain Operations leads the strategy, development, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain systems—including procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning—using data-driven insights and AI/ML technology. They work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and scalability, typically requiring 8+ years of experience in product management.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps and strategies for supply chain systems.
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiency in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and material flow, often implementing AI/ML for demand forecasting.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, data science, sales, and operations teams to define and deliver scalable, technical solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define OKRs/KPIs, analyze performance data, and manage dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and performance.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and negotiate, particularly for hardware or critical infrastructure.
• Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through release, adoption, and decline.
• Experience in product-centric operating models and knowledge of tools and methodologies to adopt and deploy POD structures with business outcomes
• Working with the business teams for detailing business requirements (functional and technical) for user story articulation and continuously building the product backlog.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in product management, with experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business, or related; MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, data modeling, AI/ML applications, and process mapping.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in SAFe or Agile environments.
