Summary
Job Description:
Seeking former Amazon Software Engineers with 3+ years of hands-on Java/backend development experience. Candidates should have experience building scalable backend services, system design, modifying production code, creating operational metrics, and owning projects end-to-end from requirements through production delivery.
Must Have:
Former Amazon SDE/SDE II preferred
3+ years software development
Strong Java + Backend
System design / scalable applications
Production development & deployment
End-to-end project ownership
APIs/microservices/distributed systems
Metrics, monitoring & troubleshooting
Strong communication and mentoring skills
AI/AI-assisted development exposure preferred
