Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) eCommerce (SAP Hybris)

Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong eCommerce experience and hands-on expertise in SAP Hybris. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SAFe Agile environments, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and end-to-end system analysis.

This role requires onsite presence in Conshohocken, PA 2 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
• Work within a SAFe Agile framework (PI planning, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies)
• Support eCommerce platform enhancements and integrations
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams
• Facilitate UAT and validate business requirements
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong eCommerce domain experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris
• Experience working in SAFe Agile methodology
• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integrations, APIs, and backend systems
• Prior experience in retail or digital commerce environments
