Position: Tapestry Managed Care Analyst

Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Managed Care Analyst with strong hands-on build and configuration expertise across the Tapestry module.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Epic Tapestry build/configuration experience
Strong experience with UM / Referrals (must be clearly shown on resume)
Experience with AP Claims, Contracts, DOFR, and/or Benefit Configuration
Must have at least one Epic certification:
- Epic Tapestry Claims
- Tapestry Contracts Administration
- Tapestry Benefits Engine
Experience with workflow analysis, system enhancements, testing, and production support
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support skills

Responsibilities:

Configure, build, and support Epic Tapestry applications
Analyze workflows and gather business/operational requirements
Support upgrades, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities
Create documentation and training materials for end users
Collaborate with operational and technical teams to resolve issues and improve system functionality
