Description:

Hands-on experience delivering enterprise Data Science and GenAl solutions. Leads Agile execution across business, data engineering, data science, and Ul teams while personally designing Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows to drive productivity, automation, and measurable business outcomes.

• Led end-to-end delivery of data science and GenAl solutions, managing execution across business stakeholders, data engineering, data science, DevOps and Ul teams
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Al agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude agent frameworks, and enterprise LLM orchestration patterns.
• Guided teams on LLM usage patters, including prompt design, grounding strategies, and Retrieval-
  Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Collaborated with Al architects and MLOes teams to ensure Responsible Al, data governance, security, and access controls
• Translate complex workflows into automated, modular, eventdriven pipelines, integrating with REST APIs, Power Platform connectors, and enterprise data services.
• Define and enforce architecture standards for agentic systems, including prompt engineering pattems, tool calling schemas, grounding flows, and RAG pipelines.
• Implement agent observability using logging, telemetry instrumentation, latency/error metrics, and automated remediation workflows across environments.
• Partner with engineering to shape MCP based agent architectures, integration layers, authentication flows (Auth/Entra), and system to system messaging.
• Drive governance automation by operationalizing approval gates, compliance workflows, document lifecycle controls, and audit readiness triggers.
• Manage project delivery through Agile/Scrum or hybrid PMM models, ensuring sprint alignment, dependency tracking, risk quantification, and release orchestration.
• Define KPIs and operational dashboards for automation ROl (cycle time reduction, accuracy, governance adherence, agent uptime).
• Oversee end-to-end system integration with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Azure APls, and other enterprise platforms.
• Connect Copilot Studio agents to enterprise data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, SAP) using prebuilt or custom connectors.
• Collaborate with architects, MLOps, and security teams to ensure solutions meet standards for Responsible Al, data governance, access controls, and model safety.

• Proven Copilot Studio Expertise: Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• GenAl & LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) principles.
• Project Management: Proven ability to deliver technical projects in Agile environments, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAl, or OpenAl functions/assistants API".
• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative/technical field.
• Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Technology Strategy.
