Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Platform Developers to design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security models, and deployment practices.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data security models, and Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD).

  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).

  • Experience with Salesforce automation, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1).

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2).

  • JavaScript Developer I.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, including triggers, batch classes, queueable, and scheduled jobs.

  • Build interactive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.

  • Develop automated business processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.

  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Implement Salesforce security best practices using profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Perform testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Expected Deliverables

  • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative automation.

  • Build secure and reusable integration components.

  • Execute source-controlled deployments through SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and security best practices.

  • Provide testing, documentation, and production support.
