Role Overview

Expeed Software is seeking an AI Platform Support Engineer to support, enhance, and operate AI platforms and applications deployed across Azure and AWS environments. This role focuses on operational support, platform stability, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with data scientists, data engineers, and application teams to ensure AI systems are reliable, secure, and production-ready.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        Provide break/fix and operational support for AI platforms deployed in Azure and AWS environments.

·        Develop enhancements, patches, and ongoing maintenance for AI-driven applications and services.

·        Deploy, configure, and support AI applications, tools, and supporting infrastructure.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues across data pipelines, models, and application layers.

·        Continuously learn and stay current with emerging AI platforms, tools, and cloud services.

·        Document technical processes, architectures, and operational procedures to build proprietary knowledge and improve cross-team awareness.

·        Support production readiness, monitoring, and reliability of AI systems.

Desired Outcomes

·        Integrate AI components into data workflows in collaboration with data scientists and data engineers.

·        Support natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models using Azure AI services.

·        Enable AI-driven automation such as sentiment analysis, image identification, recommendation systems, and chatbots.

·        Ensure AI and machine learning systems meet security, governance, and compliance requirements.

·        Contribute to continuous improvement of Expeed’s AI delivery and support practices.
