Senior RTC/EWM Administrator - Mainframe

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior RTC/EWM Administrator - Mainframe opening for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

Position will operate as administrator for the Rational Team Concert/Enterprise Workflow Manager (RTC/EWM) product, providing support for that product. This position will entail assisting users with using and troubleshooting the product, documenting procedures, and applying maintenance or upgrades to RTC as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be able to assist developers and other users of RTC as needed.
• Provide support for scoping, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RTC/EWW system.
• Work with vendor and other groups to apply maintenance or upgrades to the system as needed.
• Review and refresh documentation, procedures, and user guides to ensure accurate instructions on how to use the system.
• On Call 24/7 in case emergency support is needed.

• Mainframe Code Development and Production Support Processes
• Mainframe File Organization Understanding
• Mainframe Compile Processes
• Mainframe Staff Support Experience
• Mainframe and Java Client Troubleshooting
• Mainframe DB2 Development and Support Experience
• Rexx Script Development
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years IT Source Management experience OR 6+ years IT Source Management experience

Responsibilities - RTC/RDZ Support

• Support Day-to-Day End User Support
• Support initiatives to upgrade and maintain RTC/RDZ servers in a distributed and virtual environment
• Ability to teach the use of tools in a step-by-step manner
• Thoroughly document help guides, procedures, and how-to documents.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60 to $64. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
