Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation & Coaching: Lead 2-week Scrum sprints, gap-week planning sessions, and standard Agile ceremonies following  guidelines. Flow Metrics & Analytics: Track and optimize core performance metrics, including cycle time, throughput, work-in-progress (WIP), and work aging. Jira & Delivery Management: Maintain strict Jira hygiene across the hierarchy (Stories → Epics → Capabilities → Initiatives) to ensure high data integrity and visibility. Process Improvement: Actively work toward organizational OKRs, including targeted cycle-time reductions for feature work and maintaining ideal WIP-to-throughput ratios. Technical & Team Collaboration: Partner closely with back-end, front-end, and product teams to remove technical blockers and refine application design workflows. AI Tooling Integration: Leverage AI tools and automation for workflow optimization, data analysis, and reporting. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Scrum Lead in mature Agile environments. Technical Background: Strong preference for candidates with prior hands-on experience in software engineering, data, analytics, or architecture. Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks, flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP), and continuous integration/delivery processes. Tool Proficiency: Advanced expertise with Jira setup, metric extraction, and reporting. AI Familiarity: Practical experience utilizing AI tools to streamline administrative tasks, analysis, and team operations. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and a team-first coaching mindset.
