Job Summary:
- Design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
- Create end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, and system integrations.
- Define system architecture, data models, security, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into high-performing technical designs.
- Lead and govern development activities, integrations, releases, and environment strategy.
- Guide and mentor developers on Apex, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, compliance, and security standards.
- Maintain architecture documentation and support project planning, estimation, and the overall solution delivery lifecycle.
- Utilize integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) and manage CI/CD and release management processes.
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leverage 10+ years of Salesforce experience (including 3–5+ years in architecture or technical leadership) and relevant certifications (preferred: Salesforce CTA, Application/System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer I/II).
