We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, driving DevOps best practices, mentoring engineering teams, and enabling consistent, scalable, and secure delivery pipelines across the organization. You will work closely with product teams to design, implement, and optimize our Azure-based DevOps workflows, containers, monitoring, and security solutions, with added experience in AI model deployment and monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
* Technical Expertise
* 7+ years in DevOps Engineering roles, with a focus on Azure cloud environments.
* Strong proficiency in GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferably AKS).
* Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Datadog.
* Hands-on experience with security and code quality tools like Checkmarx, SonarQube, and Prisma Cloud.
* Programming/Scripting
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).
* Soft Skills
* Strong communication and facilitation skills to work across teams.
* Proven track record of mentoring and enabling other engineers.
* Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic guidance.
Required AI Skills:
- All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.
-Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
-Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.
