Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a FP&A - Business Support Manager to join their team. As a FP&A - Business Support Manager, you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting the Finance and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range:$58.00- $67.70 per hour

What\'s the Job?

  • Manage headcount, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency. \t
  • Develop and maintain reports for financial and organizational metrics supporting executive decision-making. \t
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, audit statuses, and organizational best practices. \t
  • Oversee invoice processing, vendor forecasting, and operational risk management activities. \t
  • Support quarterly reviews, resource planning, and organizational reporting efforts.

  • Experience in resource management and financial forecasting. \t
  • Proficiency in vendor management and procurement processes. \t
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and SharePoint. \t
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \t
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
