Test Lead - Seaware

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: Flexible with 2–3 hours overlap with India teams

Note: Cruise Line Industry Experience Mandatory.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage day-to-day test planning, execution, automation oversight, and defect management for cruise line reservation systems. The role involves leading QA teams, coordinating with onsite and offshore stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality test delivery across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and execution schedules
Lead and mentor manual and automation testers
Oversee functional, integration, and regression testing
Manage defect lifecycle, triage, and resolution with dev and vendor teams
Collaborate with business, architecture, and vendor stakeholders
Track and report test status, metrics, and quality dashboards

Required Experience

8+ years of QA/testing experience
2+ years working on cruise line reservation systems (Seaware/Resco preferred)
Strong experience in leading QA teams in onsite environments
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Selenium, API testing (Postman / REST Assured)
SQL and database testing
Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail
CI/CD and automation best practices
Cucumber / BDD exposure is a plus
