Summary

Job Title : BCNAV App Support / Engineering Specialist

Location : Bellevue, WA – Onsite
 

Role Overview

We are seeking Business Central / Dynamics NAV application engineer with strong functional knowledge plus the ability to troubleshoot across application and platform boundaries. The role requires hands-on expertise in BC/NAV on-prem, performance, migrations, integrations, RDLC, workflows, Shopify, GP/BC migration, licensing, SQL/Azure and debugging/tracing skills. The internal also identifies BC Finance skills including Finance Core, Cash Management, Financial Reporting/Forecasting, Jobs & Resources and localizations, alongside SCM and technical skills. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV experience
  • Strong application knowledge across:
  • Finance Core
  • Cash Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Jobs & Resources
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory
  • Sales / Service
  • Experience supporting customer-facing production environments
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and customer communication
 

Good to Have Skills

  • NAV/BC on-premises experience
  • BC Online experience
  • NAV → Business Central migrations
  • BC/NAV integrations
  • Workflows
  • RDLC/reporting
  • SQL Server knowledge
  • Performance troubleshooting
  • GP → BC migration experience
  • BC licensing knowledge
  • Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID/Active Directory, Exchange, IIS and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to analyze traces/logs such as SQL traces and network traces
