Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced React.js Developer with a strong background in the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using React.js while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly banking solutions.

Required Experience

·         8+ years of experience in Frontend Development.

·         Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.

·         2+ years of experience working in Banking or Financial Services.

·         Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.

·         Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.

·         Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.

·         Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

·         Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

·         Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

·         Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

·         Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

·         Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and backend developers.

Required Technical Skills

·         Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·         Experience with TypeScript.

·         Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

·         Experience with React Hooks and functional components.

·         Knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.

·         Experience with Axios or Fetch API.

·         Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

·         Experience with Git and version control systems.

·         Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.

·         Experience with Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.

·         Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Banking Domain Experience

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with Micro Frontends.

·         Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

·         Knowledge of GraphQL.

·         Experience with Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.

·         Understanding of secure coding practices in financial applications.

·         Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
