Job Details
  • Lead end-to-end hardware development, delivering high-quality, reliable products on time
  • Own new platform and product design, providing technical leadership across projects
  • Mentor and guide hardware engineers while leading Agile Scrum activities (sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Design and troubleshoot microcontroller-based and mixed-signal embedded systems at the component level
  • Perform schematic capture, support PCB layout, and oversee board bring-up and validation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and design documents
  • Participate in and drive design reviews to ensure robust hardware architecture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and production teams to support development efforts
