Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Invision Patient Accounting (PA) Analyst to support and maintain the Cerner Invision Patient Accounting application within a Legacy Revenue Cycle environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting US Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Cerner Invision PA, application configuration, incident management, billing workflows, and master file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Cerner Invision Patient Accounting application, incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Configure and maintain Patient/Non-Patient Master Files, CDM, R&B, PRM, HPPI, OML, IPLAN, and related PA profiles.
  • Support billing, claims, insurance validation, adjustments, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
  • Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, validation, and production deployments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application support and system enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Cerner Invision Patient Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
  • Experience with Patient/Non-Patient Master Files, CDM, PRM, HPPI, OML, R&B, IPLAN.
  • Experience with Cerner EHR/EMR, TSO, and ADHOC Reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
