Join a premier Enterprise Product team to shape the future of business-critical systems. In this role, you will lead research efforts to understand the needs and workflows of internal teams using complex, data-heavy operational tools. You will be the bridge between human needs and technical constraints, ensuring that internal productivity tools are intuitive and evidence-based.

responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end UX research from discovery through evaluative testing.
Conduct interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability tests to map user journeys.
Translate complex business processes into actionable insights for design and product teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align research with product strategy and KPIs.
- Synthesize findings into clear narratives that drive product decisions.
qualifications:
4+ years of UX Research experience specifically in enterprise, B2B, or internal tool environments.
Proven track record of researching complex, process-driven workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise research work and problem-solving impact.
Mastery of various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
