- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex web applications and platform capabilities
- Drive technical strategy and architectural alignment across multiple engineering teams
- Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Design and develop scalable APIs that power customer-facing products and services
- Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions
- Improve platform reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and developer productivity
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices
- Identify and resolve software design, performance, security, and quality issues
- Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor and coach engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and architecture discussions
- Drive engineering excellence through best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong experience building and supporting large-scale customer-facing web applications
- Expertise with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience designing and developing APIs and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing strategies, and application scalability
- Experience owning production applications and operational excellence initiatives
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master''''''''''''''''s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with customer identity, authentication, authorization, or account management platforms
- Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, or CIAM solutions
