More Than a Job: A Mission

We seek a passionate PI Field Engineer ready to define and deliver Testing and Commissioning procedures, tools and facilities in accordance with customer acceptance criteria. Serve as the technical lead responsible for ensuring that testing, commissioning, field modification, configuration control, and warranty-related implementation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer acceptance requirements for Los Angeles APM and Las Vegas APM projects.

  • Lead scalable deployment of rail system solutions across multiple projects.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer teams.
  • Ensure reliability and performance of field systems through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
  • Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies and process improvements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers for team growth.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring
  • Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation
  • Good technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains
  • Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization
  • Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
  • Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
  • Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment

    • C - Respect of allocated budget
    • D - Testing procedure and tools on time delivery

  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

Work Location: You will start the project in Los Angeles for approximately 6-9 months before relocating to Las Vegas for the remainder of the assignment.

Work Setup: This is a fully onsite role in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
