Idealforce has contract position available immediately for a Help Desk Representative to join our customer in Phoenix,AZ. This is Onsite Position.Please find below additional details about this job.Local Candidates.
Job Description:
Answering incoming calls for IT-related support.
Provide triage/troubleshooting steps to resolve complex technical issues related to Internet connectivity, PC/Desktop systems, printers, etc.
Assist with Active Directory password resets, VPN tunnel configurations, etc.
Provide excellent customer service in high stress or contentious situations.
Work with vendors to identify root cause issues.
Coordinate system outages to leadership and work with Tier II and III teams to keep customers informed on progress.
Required Skills
IT Help Desk Experience (Willing to work 11pm-7am shift)
Preferred Skills
CompTIA A+ certification
Previous experience working for DPS or law enforcement
