This role will oversee complex delivery efforts involving third-party implementation partners and internal teams, while ensuring strong governance, schedule adherence, and executive-level communication. Duration: 6+ month contract
Location: 100% remote, with potential for quarterly travel
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management activities including schedule management, RAID tracking, and governance
- Drive and participate in daily workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews
- Manage coordination and dependencies across third-party partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte) and internal stakeholders
- Utilize ServiceNow for project management activities including change requests, status reporting, and project logs
- During development phases:
- Facilitate daily standups
- Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) boards
- Track sprint execution, velocity, and delivery metrics
- Prepare and present weekly "Super Wednesday" status updates to VP-level and executive leadership
- Ensure alignment to hybrid delivery methodology:
- Requirements and PM processes executed in waterfall
- Development delivered in 2-week Agile sprints
Required Qualifications- 8-10+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing large, enterprise-level application projects
- Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as:
- ServiceNow, Coupa, Oracle, IAM, or similar systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage large project budgets (up to ~$20M)
- Strong understanding and execution of hybrid PM environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience with ServiceNow SPM or Coupa implementations
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Background supporting initiatives in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, insurance)
