Sr Product Manager

What does a successful Senior Product Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Product Manager at Fiserv, you will be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end merchant experience to deliver innovative card products that seamlessly integrate into the Clover and Fiserv merchant ecosystem. The Financial Services team is responsible for improving merchant's financial health: We create integrated branded credit card and payment solutions and build tools to help merchants manage their cashflow.

You will be responsible for bringing integrated products to market, including coordinating with marketing and sales to drive adoption and customer success a roadmap with clear requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and delivering quality updates to reshape the end-to-end merchant experience on Clover.

What you will do:


  • Be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end merchant experience for SMB Financial merchant experience products across multiple platforms (device, web and mobile) to drive deeper engagement throughout the merchant lifecycle




  • Drive product development life cycle from concept, design, testing, and production deployment, and product commercialization, including all improvements of road map and statement of direction development.




  • Conduct market research and competitive product analysis; gather and analyze user feedback; and measure and track the performance




  • Create a narrative that can clearly articulate the problem statement, hypothesis, and expected outcomes, against key metrics, for your product area




  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Merchant solutions and Data Science to scope and execute on enhancements and integrations for key initiatives for both near and long term horizon projects




  • Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Support to execute go-to-market strategy for key initiatives



What you need to have:


  • 8+ years of work experience in Product Management roles working with Engineers, Design, and Product Marketing preferably in B2B SaaS or e-commerce, or branded credit card or commercial card space




  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field or equivalent work experience




  • Experience bringing integrated products to market, including coordinating with marketing and sales to drive adoption and customer success




  • Proven track record of delivering successful card payment products or features and third-party integrations




  • Experience across Web, Android, and iOS products




  • Significant experience in managing the product development lifecycle and working in an agile environment




  • Proven track record of using data to influence requirements, design and implementation




  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and their documentation




  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver technical solutions




  • Experience collaborating with external partners, including negotiating priorities, aligning on roadmaps, and driving successful outcomes that drive revenue

How you'll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

$120,000.00 - $198,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
