Required Skills & Qualifications

• Platform (Mandatory): Strong hands-on experience with GuidingCare.
• Experience: 5+ years in Data/Business Analysis with at least 3 years in the Healthcare domain.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• API/SQL: Minimum 1 year of professional experience writing SQL queries and managing APIs.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead multiple projects and present technical solutions to clients.
• Submission Requirement: A valid LinkedIn profile with a photo is required. Candidates will undergo strict screening for technical authenticity.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Integration Analyst with deep expertise in the GuidingCare platform to lead implementation work for Blue Cross Blue Shield. This role is a technical bridge between customer requirements and engineering execution, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, and API management. You will design end-to-end ETL solutions for various healthcare data formats including JSON, XML, and EDI. The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare background (Claims or Care Management) and the soft skills necessary to provide solution consulting directly to clients.

Technical Core & Responsibilities

GuidingCare & Healthcare Integration

• Platform Expertise: Perform technical analysis, database querying, and data mining specifically within GuidingCare modules.
• Claims & Care Management: Utilize prior experience with care management platforms or claims processing to ensure data integrity during implementation.
• EDI Standards: Analyze and optimize HIPAA standard formats, specifically EDI 278, 834, and 837.

ETL & Data Transformation

• Mapping & Ingestion: Design complex mappings to extract, transform, and load data from formats like JSON, XML, CSV, HL7, and EDI into enterprise SQL/MySQL databases.
• API Management: Document and maintain REST APIs, troubleshooting common 4xx error codes and validating business logic for client implementations.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Assist clients in setting up SSO mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 and SAML 2.0 for GuidingCare access.

Client Delivery & Collaboration

• Requirement Gathering: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data integration requirements.
• Risk Management: Partner with Project Managers to identify dependencies, risks, and scope creep during long-term implementation projects.
• Technical Training: Provide internal and external training on data integration solutions and operational procedures.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of EDI 278, 834, and 837 formats.
• Master s degree in Computer Science or MIS.
