Summary
Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) eCommerce (SAP Hybris)
Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite/week)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) experience to support enterprise eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams within a SAFe Agile environment, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements and ensuring successful delivery of digital commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for eCommerce platforms
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows
- Act as liaison between business, UX, development, QA, and product teams
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives (SAFe Agile)
- Work with SAP Hybris modules including catalog, checkout, pricing, promotions, and integrations
- Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios and validate delivered functionality
- Identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions
- Support UAT coordination and production releases
Required Skills
- 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows (cart, checkout, payments, orders, promotions)
- Experience working in SAFe Agile / Agile Scrum environments
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience writing user stories, use cases, and functional specs
- Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, payment gateways, ERP connections)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating SAP Hybris with SAP ERP / S4HANA
- Exposure to UX/UI collaboration and digital customer journey mapping
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Retail or B2B commerce domain experience
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role candidate must be willing to work onsite in Conshohocken, PA 2 3 days per week.
