Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Account Manager / Program Manager to oversee and expand our existing client relationships., role is to embed yourself within our established accounts, understand their evolving technical needs, and strategically grow the business.

The ideal candidate possesses a powerful blend of exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of the IT staffing industry, and the consultative sales acumen required to unlock new opportunities within a mature account.

 Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for established clients, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, trust, and service delivery.
  • Liaison between the client and the company program manager  and provide ready metrics, budget updates and staffing updates periodically
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to identify untapped departments, new projects, and additional hiring needs within the existing client ecosystem.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to clearly translate client requirements, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality IT candidates.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers, project PMOs, and executive stakeholders through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to technical leaders and executive management.
  • A proactive approach to resolving delivery challenges and managing client expectations smoothly.

Required Skills        

  •          4+ years of experience in account management or IT Sales
  •          Through knowledge of IT staffing industry and key job titles
  •          Ability to effectively communicate with client and employees
  •          Excellent written and oral communication skills, including excellent listening skills
  •          Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field required.
