Job#: 3028778 Job Description: Apex Systems is hiring for an IT Consultant for a major Healthcare company.

Location: Pasadena, California (Partial Remote)
Employment Type: This is a 6-month contract position with an option to extend or convert to a full-time employee.
Role Overview
This individual contributor is primarily responsible for serving as a liaison between users and IT, defining business processes, and participating as a technical contributor on project teams. The role involves completing work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge to meet deadlines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with users and IT staff on production support, enhancements, and projects for assigned Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 modules.
- Track work through an internal case management system.
- Consult with stakeholders and attend regular meetings regarding assigned work.
- Develop requirements for process or system solutions by interfacing with stakeholders and appropriate IT teams.
- Develop and document business cases to assess the costs, benefits, and total cost of ownership of proposed solutions.
- Support the evolution of applications and systems to a desired future state by understanding how current processes impact business operations.
- Provide recommendations to team or department leads on process and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 2 years of related experience.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2, Consulting, and Project Management.
Work Environment
The role offers a partial remote work arrangement with a standard shift of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The interview process will be conducted virtually.
