Sr. Manual Tester

We are seeking experienced Senior Manual Testers to join our team onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing comprehensive system testing, creating detailed test cases, and executing test scenarios to ensure software quality and performance. This role requires strong hands on experience in manual testing within enterprise level environments.

Responsibilities:
Perform end to end software system testing
Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle
Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure quality deliverables
Validate application functionality against business requirements
Support system integration testing activities

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Software System Testing
Hands on experience writing and executing test cases
Experience working in manual testing environments

Preferred Skills:
Understanding of SDLC and testing lifecycle
Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)
Experience with tools such as JIRA or JAMA
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Prior IE or State project experience is highly preferred
